National Center for Theoretical Sciences
The Physics Division, National Center for Theoretical Sciences in Taiwan now has openings for professors with tenure, junior tenure-track faculties and Postdoctoral Research Associates. Long-term and short-term visiting scientist positions are also available. Depending on the qualification of the applicant, candidates with strong research background in all areas of theoretical physics are encouraged to apply.
The Center was established in the August 1997 by the National Science Council, Republic of China. The goal of the Center is to promote research in all areas of theoretical physics and mathematics. Various workshops, advanced schools and topical programs are organized every year.

The salary of these positions depends on the candidate's qualification and experiences.
Generous supports for research and travel expenses are also available.

National Center for Theoretical Sciences
The Physics Division, National Center for Theoretical Sciences, Taiwan (http://phys.cts.nthu.edu.tw/en/index.php) announces a prestigious program for Wu Ta-You Fellow to attract talented young theoretical physicists to join the Center. Candidates less than forty years old who have extensive research experiences in any area of theoretical physics are encouraged to apply.
A panel of distinguished theorists will select qualified candidates. In addition to the regular salary for a visiting assistant professor (about US $25K~35K per year), or a visiting associate professor (about US$30K~40K per year), the Fellow will be awarded an extra prize of NT$480K (~US$15K) per year. The award also includes a very generous research support about US$75K per year for hiring research associates and research assistants, inviting visitors, organizing mini- workshops and attending meetings abroad etc. The Fellow is required to sign a three-year contract.
